Let us begin today with a reminder of some myths and facts about grief. Remember that grief is a natural response to a loss, and usually the more significant the loss, the more intense the grief will be. One of the most important things you can do for yourself while grieving is to treat yourself kindly and with love. Know that what you feel is normal and it will pass. Although it may never completely go away, the intensity of the emotions will likely become less. Know also that you are not alone.
